Invite-only gatherings, run beautifully
The gathering deserves better than a spreadsheet.
Cachet Conference runs a recurring, invite-only gathering end to end before anyone is in a room: a designed invitation, a living guest list, and group scheduling the whole group negotiates (powered by Cachet Calendar's Coordinate engine).
What it does today
- Bring the list you already have: import a CSV or spreadsheet export and tell us what each column means. Luma, Eventbrite, association software, or a Sheet you have kept for years.
- Every guest gets a personal invitation link with one-tap RSVP. No account, no app.
- Re-import a refreshed export whenever you like: replies and invitation links survive it.
- Your roster stays yours: export the full CSV at any moment.
- Negotiating the date? Link a Cachet Coordinate page and the invitation carries it.
Not built yet, on purpose: ticketing, sponsor tools, and badge hardware. Event-day features arrive only with a paper-safe fallback.
Pricing
$199 per gathering (up to 50 people) · $399 (up to 150) · $999 per year for a recurring group: unlimited gatherings, one forum or board, roster and preferences carried across events.
